A continental breakfast is available in the wee hours of the day for the early risers where they may find a selection of: muffins, breads for toasting, bagels, yogurt, cheese, cereals, milk, fruit, coffee and juice. During discounted seasons, breakfast varies from continental to full-blown gourmet. Guests with specific dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice such as Atkins low-carb, gluten-free, lactose free.
Occasionally guests purchase frozen or deli entrees and heat them in their room's microwave when they prefer to eat-in. But selecting the right restaurant for your appetite and budget is easy with the collection of restaurant menus available in the bed and breakfast library. Several Sitka restaurants offer free delivery service to the bed and breakfast and others offer free shuttle service to and from the bed & breakfast to their restaurant. Included with room, during peak season, is a delicious, generous hot hot
breakfast to rival that of all Sitka resteraunts, , which may consist of such items as: cinnamon rolls, muffins, breads, scones, cereal, sausage, ham, bacon, smoked salmon, egg
dishes, crab quiche, Sitka omelets, potatoes, fruit-filled coffee cake, strawberry
waffles, Alaska sourdough blueberry pancakes, crepes, French toast, yogurt, fresh fruit,
cereals, bagels, milk and juice. Breakfast is served overlooking the water at a
time generally convenient for the guests. 
An exciting
variety of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, goodies and
microwave popcorn are available around the clock. With sufficient advance notice a mini-cake or gift for
your special occasion: birthday, anniversary, honeymoon and Valentine's Day may be
provided.
